We have added the users manually in the CAC but we are not getting the add as host checkbox.
Is there any setting that needs to be done?

I have enabled the 'Host settings' for the customer account. Please let me know if you can see the checkbox for the host settings.
@agangaiah The Host privilege option is something specific to account subscription. I believe they might be missing the Chalk Host user license. Refer similar thread -
