Out of Memory Error - Samsung Note 9

I've had 2 reports of out of memory errors on Andriod devices (using ver 3.0).  In one instance I can confirm that the device is one the supported list (Note 9) and the error seemed to be related to the area of movement.  The user reported that they had moved about 5m during the session when the error had occurred.

It seems that they know there is a problem with version 3.0. Expand the Android 7.0 or later supported devices. Check the note below Android supported devices. I have the same error after about 5 minutes with my Samsung S8. https://chalk.vuforia.com/content/vuforia-chalk/en/download-chalk.html
