Samsung A10 compatibility

Hello, customers in Argentina are not able to see Chalk available in Google play using Samung A10 (SM-A105M). Any ideas why Chalk app is not visible for download?

Hi @LMU 

Chalk requires at least Android 7 & a 64-bit OS. The device you shared seems to have both but can you confirm what Android version these phones are running?

Thanks for the additional information. Unfortunately, Chalk is not currently available for download on this device.

We understand that there are many devices out there and are actively working to expand our support for Android devices.

Is there any changes to supporting the Samsung Galaxy A10e?  Have a number of customer with phone running Android 10.

We have expanded Android support for most ARCore devices. Unfortunately it looks like the A10e is not an ARCore supported device: https://developers.google.com/ar/devices

With the release of Chalk 4.6.0, users with unsupported devices can now use still frame annotations during Chalk sessions.
