My Experience Service is giving me this error (image).
If I do this: https://ccc0d632b447268a.studio-trial.vuforia.io/ExperienceService/ping I receive an "OK"
Can anyone help me please?

trail version is valid till 30days from enrollment, so please check about the no. of days remaining for trail version
