Hello,
I am using a trial version and I am trying to publish a project from Vuforia Studio but it is not possible, I get the "uh-oh! Publish failed..." error message. This happens only when I am connected to the company's network. I asked for a proxyy server and also a port, but unfortunately I don't know where to configure it...
I went to the "Settings" options and inputed it there, but it still does not work.
In the logs i get the error that " tunneling socket could not be established"
Does anyone know what the solution might be?
Thank you!
@Nicolae90 Make sure the Proxy server URL is entered completely along with protocol been used e.g.
http://hostname:port or https://hostname:port along with correct credentials.

I tried it with "http" and i get the following error in the log : unable to get local issuer certificate
When using "https" i get this one : tunneling socket could not be established, cause=Client network socket disconnected before secure TLS connection was established
Any ideas?
@Nicolae90 Please share the exact error you are getting in Studio application log. Also, make sure the Experience Service URL is not getting blocked by your company network or firewall rule.
