Right, there's nothing like this OOTB right now. You would have to develop your own system for doing this, using data stored in Thingworx to manage coordination between viewers. I've done a little bit along this line with a proof-of-concept level "chat window" that lets users viewing an experience at the same time type messages to each other in close to real time within the experience. But it takes a fair amount of work to implement something like this.
