We participated in the pilot project last year and since we have bought the software. I'm trying to create experiences using the new thingmarks that we were given as part of our subscription. It is still referencing the thingmarks that were part of the pilot. Has anyone else ran into this?

In the Experience Project (created in pilot program) did you try updating the Project configuration with the recent ThingMark values? And also did you bind the ThingMark Widget property with the ThingMark application parameter valve?

Hi SANDRA HUMPHREY,
First unpublish the project from the experience server related to the old ThingMark.
Secondly; Is the Experience Service same? If not; you need to update that for the Project.
Thirdly as Giri mentioned; update the Project configuration with the recent ThingMark values. And bind the ThingMark Widget property with the ThingMark application parameter valve.
Then Publish the Project again with the new ThingMarks.
I hope it helps.
