My 3d container doesn't have any grid. I can't import any 3d model. It's a pc problem?

Gonçalo Machado​ : I do not see details about your graphic card and it might be causing issues here. However, below are option tried out which fixed similar issue reported by user on community post : Re: 3D Canvas empty page

Suggestions :

- deleted Chrome cache

- removed folder "C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data" and restarted Chrome, and see if it works.

- restart the computer

If issue still persist you will might have to update the graphics card and see if it fixes the problem. Updating the graphic card driver fixed it.
