Problem with update/install Studio 1.10?

Hi all, i worked with the release 1.09 - no Problem on Windows 10. Today, i update and i couldn´t install the software. I deinstall all Thingworx - Software. I install Thingworx Studio completly new, but it doensn´t run. Can help me anyone?

I had a similar issue that I just resolved. I deleted the folders under this location

<user home>\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0

After that it worked.

Hi Jürg Vorburger​,

I addition to what Lino added; If it still does not work I would suggest you to take a backup and clear <UserHome>\AppData\Roaming\ThingworxStudio and also ThingWorx Studio project folder.

This should ideally work; but if it still does not work; please share the complete ThingWorx Studio logs for further analysis.

Hi all, Thanks for the tipps, but it doesn´t run. . I logged in with a admin user an then i delete my complete user profil. Then, its run.  I lose my Project on the hard disk. Are the Projects as a duplicate on the Server by PTC?
