Hello.I want to download Vuforia Studio, but this website say to me, no your account low please upgrade.But i don't know how make i this?Can you help me please?

to install Studio on Windows you have 2 alternative options:

The second option could be used only for MAC machine installation

OK , I see. but I think you can try to upgrade your account as the message says or call technical Support or try to open via web an case to update your account if the reason is only some missing updates activity. I do not know what kind of license is required to use Studio on MAC so still I think a license/agreement for usage of Studio is required and when you have it then that should work. You can also ask in your ogranistion Company or University that the admin will download the mac file and provide to you. To download you have to go to https://support.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/product.jsp?prodFamily=VFS
