Voice Features for HoloLens - For Beginners

I'm a new user and I'm facing some problems in an application for HoloLens

- I published a model and when HoloLens loads it, it doesn't show anything

- How can I implement a experience with voice command?

Actually, to be more specific, I want to rotate a model saying "Flip" just like the Quadcopter example. How can I do it?
