communication is not established between thingworx studio to database.i tried to configure mssql and mysql, both are not connecting. i have to log the thingworx studio to database. Please guide on this.

What is the error message reported back in the Application logs? I mean wrt this specific thing.

Hi Nirupama V​,

Please check the Application logs for errors specific to this Thing as suggested by Giri. The port 3306 could be close on the Server. Application logs error will point us in the right direction.
