it is possible to use touch screen to rotate model 3D?  or only use object 2d for example slider or button?

For spatial tracking projects, you can move the model around before placement. For others, a slider or button is required to rotate the model.

For Spatial tracking projects, you can check the "Enable gestures" checkbox for the spatial tracking widget. That will allow the user to use gestures to move (drag with one finger) or rotate (drag with two fingers) the model once it has been placed. You can also pinch to zoom (scale the model).
