Based on your picture, this is a project developed for the Realwear. You can create own projects using the 2D Assisted Reality template in Studio.
Though I am not aware of the packing project, you can follow similar guidelines as documented for other AR projects. A great way to learn how to build Experiences and what needs to be considered can be found in this free course.
