How to Export/Import the customized Text in the Text Tailoring Utility

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.2.0

The Text Tailoring Utility seams to replace the rbInfo file for the customization of Text in the UI.

I could not find any info on Exporting the customized Texts for a system (dev) and import it on a new server. How should it be managed ?

This says that custom UI text is supported through BAC.
