How to hold View value to "Design" in part creation

Dear all,
I'm trying to hold "design" selection for attribute "View" during the creation of a part in Windchill 10.1 v M040. There are two views, Design and Manufacturing.
View attribute does't support default option. If I remove the attribute from the "Create New Layout", its value is unassigned; and it's can't be accetped.
I followed this article:

but it does't work. Probably there is something in system configuration that collides with the provided solution .

Do You have any suggestions?

You can set the default view with preference "Default Part View"

As he mentioned, Default Part View.

If you have trouble with this, I'd suggest opening a Support case, to help you walk through it.
