Is it possible to auto synchronize from any custom commonspace action trough windchill API

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.2.25

Is it possible to auto synchronize to workspace from any custom commonspace action trough windchill API ?
Workspace synchronization by commonspace actions must be automatic
