Generally speaking, when an event takes place and we don't know its name, we enable events verbosity loggers, see Article - CS43313 - How to determine which event to listen for in Windchill (ptc.com).
Once done, we can implement the business logic by listening to this event, note that not all events are supported: see Article - CS361423 - [Knowledge Hub] Windchill PLM - Events and Listeners (ptc.com).
+Bonus: Whenever you would like to know more about a general functionality, search for its hub on the knowledge base, you will get more information!
