We have a user that is no longer available that has set up subscriptions for many groups. I am hoping to edit/delete these as many are not needed or need updates. Is this possible? If so, how?

To add to Marco's answer:
If you add the Subscription Object to the "Select or Constrain" tab, it will give you a link to the Subscription in the report results. Once you click on that link, you will be able to delete it (with the right permissions, of course).

As i know identify an active user who can take ownership of the subscriptions. This user should have the necessary privileges and knowledge to manage the subscriptions effectively. Export the subscriptions created by the unavailable users and import them under the ownership of an active user. This process typically involves exporting data from the source user, modifying the ownership details in the exported file, and importing the modified file using appropriate tools or APIs provided by Windchill.
