Updating a PDF in CAD Document via Windchill REST API

Is there a way to update a PDF in a CAD document with a PDF in a drawing using a REST API in Windchill? If so, which API should I use? Could you provide me with information on this?

As an example, how can I update the PDF indicated in the image?
