What is the use of LogicalAttributesSite.xml file?

I do see a file present in windchill_home/codebase/LogicalAttributesSite.xml

What can be configured using LogicalAttributesSite.xml file?

for softypes we rarely touch that file , generally we add entries in that file for hard modeled types
