Any one using Agile as a replacement for Intralink/ Windchill?

I know this has been asked in the past but am wondering if any one is using Agile as a full replacement for Intralink or Windchill..

Are you using there latest release? What are the short comings and how do you handle them?

We are using a modified "Agile" methodology for moving from Windchill
Foundation to PDMLink.

Are you referring to a company named, "Agile," or the "Agile Methodology"
for software development?

Then, no. We are not using the "Agile" tool.

We are using an Agile project management tool called "VERSION ONE
Enterprise," but that is clearly not what you are refering to.
