AutoCAD file shows corrupt when opened in PV

Anyone come across problems opening AutCAD files in Product View? Attached is the file opened in Product View (Version is 8.0.20). The same file opens fine in Autocad LT 2006. AutoCAD file version code AC1018 (2004/2005/2006)
