Change Task Attributes missing during edit

I am facing a problem where the attributes on the first step of the edit change task wizard are not displayed.

This is at wcadmin all the way down to a user with technically the correct access.  I have sifted through all the ptc CS and nothing has fixed my issue.  I can update resulting objects and finish the wizard just fine.  This is on a customized system with little documentation.  13.0.2.0

Can you double check the edit layout is set correctly :

Hi @Wayne.Beck.Gen

Do you use a Profiles? Someone can add you to a profile where attributes can be hidden from the user.

Also check the edit layout settings in the Type and Attribute Management.

PS> if you say customized system what does it mean?

They had edited the jsp pages and we dont have any documentation of what was done.

Hi @Wayne.Beck.Gen

That is a very bad situation.

If you do not know how the jsp page has been modified then it is really hard to find root case,

A sharing the jsp pages could help to identify the issue, but I could understand it is not possible

@Fadel

Good Idea if @Wayne.Beck.Gen can do it.

Aside from using GIT or a good source control system, standard procedure would be to copy the PTC original file to the wtSafeArea/ptcOrig folder in a similar path. Did the previous administrator follow that step?
