Creo View Lite Crash

My company is preparing to migrate to Windchill 10. Now that we have it installed onto a server a couple of us have been running it through it's paces and we've noted a problem when Creo View Lite opens a MS Word document. We get the following report: "Creo (TM) View-productview.exe has stopped working".

I'm providing the problem details below-

Any suggestions?

Okay, problem identified and corrected, see explanation below.

We noted when Creo View Lite was initiated it was attempting to load a plug in for Adobe. Given this we decided to uninstall certain Adobe components beginning with Adobe Reader X. After it's removal Creo View Lite opens the file as expected with not crashes.

VladimirN- thanks for the suggestion.

Try to contact with PTC's technical support by creating new "Case", here: "Log a New Case".
