We are currently experiencing a service disruption impacting community and support login. Our teams are working to resolve the issue.
Friday, we deleted one user, selecting "Delete from both Windchill and LDAP." Today, when you attempt to re-assign, the system presents a message that it cannot find some number - which turns out to be the ida2a2 of the deleted user (known from looking ata rehosted system).
We think that we saw this before once and we don't remember the fix. Tech support call pending - no help so far.
Any ideas on how to fix?
