Description for IBA to be visible on Create Wizard

Hello,

We would like to add the description for an IBA which should be visible in the Create Wizard (CR or CN). How can I achieve this? For ex, if there is an attribute called "Change Type" with drop down value, we need a info box next to that which describes the values in the drop down so that users can read it and select the correct value. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

If this is 10.x...may need a new view class ( extending the current one) as defined by the MVC framework.
