I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.0.3
Ever since PTC sent me a new license file, theis email goes out every day.
Sending of the Windchill Performance Advisor report to PTC has failed due to one of these reasons :
1. Required Certificates are missing.
2. Firewall is blocking the port 8443.
3. Network Failure - check the background method server logs.

Looks like you have enabled performance advisor data to be sent back to PTC? Do you want this to occur? Port or firewall issue is easy to valid. Is that enabled on your server? What did the background methodserver report around that time? I am not sure about required certificates but here is where they are documented:

I never turned WPA. This has all started when PTC fixed an issue with our license counts and sent me a new license file. It installed correctly and that night we started getting the above emails. I even went ahead and turned it on (saved) and then turned it off (saved) and it still occurs. I changed the frequency to once a month and saved it and it is still occurring nightly.
PTC, why is this happening since you sent me a new license file?
