Extract policy rules

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to extract the policy rules for every context, in excel document for example. In fact, we don't really know what user, role and team can do and we like to summarize the situation

This request gets posted about twice a month, ongoing.

Lots of users have supplied query builder reports that allow getting all. Attached are two variations.

Also can same using WINDU - but the output is not formatted so conveniently.
