I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.0.2

How to localize the attribute value in windchill based on different geography or How other customer manages such situation where attribute value should be in different languages based on user geography

The link about talks about localizing attribute names. You are referring to the values correct?
