I have an test installation of Windchill in a virtualized system that mimics the live system down to the server names. The test system is self contained, no external connections, save a remote terminal for accessing the servers. The live system has the option to install optional components, but the test system only will allow the "Apply Maintenance Release" option. I am testing an installation of ProjectLink before attempting it on my live system, so it is important that I am able to install the component.
If any of you have run into a similar issue and can offer suggestions, I would appreciate it.
