Good day fellow Pro/Intralink users. We are currently running Intralink 3.4. We had a user get an error that said the disk space was full. I then realized that the hard drive was indeed full. I cleaned up the hard drive and moved non Intralink info to another drive. Then we received the PDMc_CheckIn::MakeFileTransfer() 403. I looked it up on the PTC website which told me that the database was set to read only. I logged into the DSMU and changed it to read/write. I now have 2 users that can check files in out of 14 users. The weird part is that the 2 users have identical Dell laptops while everyone else has desktops. Has anyone encountered this problem before? Any information would be greatly appreciated. I figured it out just as I sent the email out. I set the database as read/write, but the vault was still set to read only. I don't know why the people with the laptops were still able to check things in.
