This will show you objects with the same basename:
alter session set current_schema=pdm;

select substr(piname, 1, instr(piname,'.',1) - 1) basename

where piname like '%.asm' or piname like '%.prt'
group by substr(piname, 1, instr(piname,'.',1) - 1)
having count(piname) > 1
order by basename;
