Material parameter - I want below parameters to be added in Windchill BOM.

Hi,

I have the similar case.

I have a Material file (MS_Plate_5THK) created, under which i have created user defined parameter RAW_MATERIAL whose value in string is "5mm MS Plate"

I want below parameters to be added in Windchill BOM.

PTC_MATERIAL_NAME

RAW_MATERIAL (This is coming from material name and not from Part file)

I know i have to play with attributes in Windchill.

What steps should i do in Windchill attributes?

Hi @jvadalia-2 

Create global attribute named as the designated attribute

and then define this attribute on the CAD Document soft type as a global attribute

All steps in Windchilll should be done in a Type and attribute management .
