Sure, the Desktop Integration adds menus and interfaces to Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows Explorer. I think that is about it. I take that back, I see it in Outlook but can't see how that would function. Not in OneNote.
Are you looking specifically at the Windchill Desktop Integration? Or WVS publishing?

1. Any/All locally installed Microsoft Office variants (supported by Microsoft) will be supported for Windchill Desktop Integration (for example, Office 365 Pro Plus), though there is limited support available for the Office 365 Online variant. Please refer to the Windchill help center for details on Office Online support.
Good Morning,
Yes, it is the Desktop Integration. My issue is not really what version to install. My issue is what applications are required. For example, do we need Outlook and Onenote or is it the basic, Word, Excel, and maybe PowerPoint? We are trying to improve our stack to limit the number of updates/vulenerabiites we are seeing each month.
I hope this clears it up.
