Oracle 10g to 11g upgrade

Does anyone know the correct process for upgrading Oracle from 10g to 11g? I'm referring to how to get the actual code? PTC doesn't provide it and says we have to work with Oracle directly. Is there a cost involved? Any information/hints would be greatly appreciated before I start asking Oracle.

We upgrade from Oracle 10G to 11G last year June for our Windchill 9.1 M040 production system. The process we followed was standard process to upgrade Oracle database. We used export/import data pump utilities. The upgrade went very smooth.
