Finally got PTC to agree that Oracle was bundled with our Intralink when
we first installed it. We lost access to it when some sort of line item
named "Modernization Upgrade" was no longer carried on maintenance. I
now want to make sure the cost of back maintenance does not exceed the
cost of buying it outright.
I want be sure I'm reading the software matrix correctly for Windchill
10.
Bundled with Intralink is "Oracle 11gR2 Enterprise Edition" but if you
purchase it from an Oracle reseller I will only need "Oracle 11gR2
Standard Edition"?
