ProductView/Productview Lite and Windows 7

All,

I am using Windchill 9.1. I have ProductView v9.0.100 M100, and ProductView Lite 9.1.60.23 M060. However, I am not able to view any CAD drawings in Windchill. When I try to view it, it just turns into a black box. I read that 9.1 M050 should have fixed this, so I am confused as to why my ProductView Lite version does not work.

Any suggestions? A setting I might have missed? Do i need to uninstall the regular productview program and reinstall productview lite?

I'm having a similar issue. We're using ProductView Lite 9.1.20.23. Though I don't have much hope of being able to upgrade to a later 9.1 build. Any tips would be great though.

I've gotten nothing from PTC other than to upgrade the video card driver.
