Query Builder ECN Task Report

I need a report from Query Builder on ECN and ECN tasks.
What should be in the report

1. Tasks in the ECN task,
2. Especially the "Completed change notice task" needs to be included.
3. Usernames
4. Creation date
5. Date the task was closed by the user

It depends on what you are looking for.  Are you looking for the files ON the ECN?  Are you looking for dates a task was started and completed?  How much time each task took or just the overall time?

What you listed are some of the basics.  We have options for Rework in our workflows as I'm sure many other companies do.  What you can end up with are many back and forth's between the Assignee and the Reviewer.  Do you want to show each task in a list?  That will get complicated.
