Delete these from the workflow template to eliminate Submit Now / Later.
Works same for multiple workflow templates. Great concept but not suitable
for all all the time.
Not suitable at all if you choose to give the Creator the first Task - in
this case, replace these with a simple "Submit" without the Submit Now
branch. Primary reason - collect more info than you can in the create
wizard.
