I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.0.2
In remote works windchill is diplaying with bad quality I haven't this issue when i am working on site i am using zscaler

We've been using the "Change High DPI settings" option for a while but the failure mechanism in our case wasn't blurry window but a segmented screen (like a picture-in-picture kind of thing). The DPI settings change worked great on both the Workgroup Manager and Creo.

The window is blurry
The display issue looks like a monitor issue to me. Is it happening on all screens or just on one specific monitor ?

Up till recently, the first solution (Add the config option high_dpi_enabled no) has worked
