Hello All,
Being new to the Windchill / Creo administration arena I have noticed that in most cases when one of our users has a problem starting Creo or connecting to a Workspace in Windchill, it boils down to an issue with corrupt cache files. So my questions is what is the importance or significance for the cache folder/files and why are these not cleaned up when the user exits Creo / Windchill?
