I am surprised with such comments. You say you are new to WPA but already want to jump into customising it.

It is not one of my business for such but surely, have you already exhausted all the configuration options.

As an end user and manager of business systems, the last thing I want to do is customising...

Hi Chris,

     Yes i am new to WPA and i still want to customize it as WPA doesn't offer too many configuration options particularly when you want to modify the search criteria while generating the CMRT Reports.
