Windchill Projects List

I have customers defined under the Guest or Customer role in my Windchill projects. However, when they select the Projects drop down list, they get an error message indicating that they are not a member of any projects. Is there a way of allowing guests see the project list? If I provide a URL, they can go directly into the project since they have read access.

Hi Carol, I'm not absolutely sure about that, but I think that in ProjectLink you have to "Join" to the Project to get it listing in your project's list. This is got throw the invitation mail that is automatically sent by Windchill when you enroll a new user into any of the Project's role. Also, in PDMLink, you must be defined under "Members" role to get the Library or Product listed in your Product List or Library List. Regards
