Windchill Visualization is Unstable

WT Part has 3D CAD normally.

But sometimes Detail and Structure Tab's visualization doesn't work properly.

There is a continuous loading phenomenon.

Someone see this phenomenon Or how to fix this?

If this is a recently seen issue it could be related to https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS000384616

 

If the above is not the issue you may need to investigate per https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/cs265116

Do you use Edge browser ? latest version ?

Is your Part a big assembly with lots of components ? do you have 3D representation of each component ? 

Do you have same behaviour with CAD Document linked to your Part ?

Hello, Pascal 

 

it doesn't work the structure tab's refresh button.

And we use Windchill 12.1.0.0+ and Chrome(latest version), Edge. 

After more research, I think the problem occurs in the latest versions of Chrome and Edge.

 

Is your Part a big assembly with lots of components ?  A: No. when i see the only part, it doesn't works.

do you have 3D representation of each component ?  A: Yes, I have.

Do you have same behaviour with CAD Document linked to your Part ? A: Yes, the parts are linked normally

I saw your answer and I think browser's  latest version makes problems. 

 

So, I will downgrade my browser or using other browser.
