Folks,



The fileWindchill\vaults\defaultuploadvault on my installation has reached an epic 161 GB. Does anyone know of a way to reduce the size of this file? Or if it is safe to archive this file and start over?

Hi Dan,

Windchill\vaults\defaultuploadvault is replica vault for the master and it should be a temporary storage for replication purpose..

As per PTC..There should not be any files referencing from this vault..To confirm that we need to select this vault from vault configuration and use remove unreferenced files(move) option.
If you see that there are still referenced files from this vault..then schedule a replication job which replicates data from this vault to master vault..

We have this replication job executes daily once..
