hyperlink to "name" attribute?

Hello all,

I created a hyperlink to the name attribute of a particular soft type (WTPart ). But when I click the "name " attribute value, I need to open a new window of another object's Info page.

Now I overriden the OOTB name DataUtility and forwarding this page to another object's info page. This is opened in the same page.I need to open in the new window. How it is possible in the datautility?
