ildataloader UnHide

Anybody know how to get around the folowing issue with ildataloader Unhide?

ildataloader UnHide cannot run because 'to be migrated' and 'actually migrated' numbers mismatch.­

I successfully got through all ildatloaders without errors and still continue to get a mismatch in number of Reference links.
