Hello, where can i donwload t MPMPLink for windchill 13.0?

I can't find it on Order or Download software updates

You pick 'MPMLink' before you pick the software version.

as you can see for me is not available and visible

There are two cases:
- either you don't have an active maintenance contract, and therefore you don't see the SW that you don't have under contract

- if the above is not true then there is a problem with your user and related rights so you need to open a call to PTC support

Or, as Tom already wrote, you have to select the right section to see MPMLink SW

So we go back to the previous answer:
