these PRT's do not have same neutral data version as the generic CAD Part - xxx.prt and hence c

Hello,

Has anyone seen this issue and have a resolution for me? PTC TS cannot seem to figure it out and I have found no published results from any searches.

I check-out and modify the instance and attempt to check in all the instances and generics and the Check-in fails with this message.

Instance(s) [CAD Part - 86277410.prt, 1.10, CAD Part - 86276350.prt, 1.33, CAD Part - 86275110.prt, 1.33, CAD Part - 86276690.prt, 1.13, CAD Part - 86277500.prt, 1.5, CAD Part - 86276280.prt, 1.33, CAD Part - 86276360.prt, 1.33, CAD Part - 86276340.prt, 1.33, CAD Part - 86274180.prt, 1.34, CAD Part - 86276060.prt, 1.34, CAD Part - 86276710.prt, 1.33, CAD Part - 86277030.prt, 1.16, CAD Part - 86277280.prt, 1.12, CAD Part - 790879.prt, 1.10, CAD Part - 86277450.prt, 1.8, CAD Part - 86276330.prt, 1.33, CAD Part - 86276070.prt, 1.34, CAD Part - 86276320.prt, 1.34, CAD Part - 86276530.prt, 1.33, CAD Part - 86276870.prt, 1.19, CAD Part - 86276960.prt, 1.15, CAD Part - 86277130.prt, 1.13, CAD Part - 86276950.prt, 1.12, CAD Part - 86277470.prt, 1.7, CAD Part - 86274950.prt, 1.33] do not have same neutral data version as the generic CAD Part - scr_carriage.prt, 1.37 and hence cannot belong to the same family table.

I've attempted to 'break up' the family table, check-out old iterations and have not been able to get this change check-ed in

Thanks!

Vaughn,
I discovered the same problem with a hardware family table about 3 weeks ago. Tried many of the same things but to no avail.
There is a tech support document that covers this (CS45053) but it offers no workaround other than the correction being in WC 10 M040 and 10.1 M010.

Sorry for the typo on this one. The document is actually CS45052.
